“ottimo hotel in posizione perfetta per lavorare a Washington DC downtown via Metro o per piacere in Alexandria old Town. camere pulite e spaziose. reception efficiente e professionale. happy hour con offerta vino nel pomeriggio. unica pecca la colazione: servizio incredibilmente insufficiente e offerta di cibo molto povera. 30 minuti di attesa per un tè come minimo... pessimo ”

“The room was very spacious, clean and extremely welcoming! I loved the welcome sign on my television. The view was over looking the hotels back courtyard. The bathroom was amazing with the large soak tub and shower amenities. If I am in Old Town again I will definitely visit the hotel again. The staff was very welcoming during my arrival. 10/10 would recommend again!!”

“hotel della nota catena, in ottima posizione sulla strada principale di Old Alexandria a due blocchi dalle 2 linee metro Blue e Yellow che in 30 minuti portano a downtown Washington DC. servizi da rivedere (colazione scarna e ristorante-bar chiuso) e disastroso il rassetto camere (3 giorni non sono passati a pulire e quando sono passati non hanno lasciato asciugamani) inoltrate proteste alla Reception che però non ha risolto il problema”

“Room was spotless and everyone was absolutely a delight. There is NO SERVICE in the parking garage, which could be an issue in case of an emergency. The hotel is in a wonderful area close to the capital! ”

“The room was clean above and beyond my standards. Staff was professional and I even received a $25 voucher for dinner at the hotel restaurant. The only downside was $40 a night for parking.”

“Great stay at Hotel Heron! They kindly accommodated an early checkin. Interactions with the front desk staff, valet, and restaurant staff were excellent. Looking forward to coming back in warmer weather to enjoy rooftop. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable, got a great nights sleep.”

“The room was very clean. Bathroom was clean water was nice and hot . Love the space. The kitchen staff was very nice and the food was good... housekeeping was nice and front desk was very pleasant Thank you for our stay will be back and everything is close by. ”

“Overall amazing experience. Room was clean. We did have one towel that had stains it smelled clean but they was more than apologetic and gave us new towels. Definitely a lowkey hotel spot that I will be coming back soon ”
