“My family (2 adults, 2 teenagers) stayed while we visited DC for a week. Great location, right across the street from the metro station. Hotel was very clean, staff was great. Lots of eating options within walking distance. ”

“hotel della nota catena, in ottima posizione sulla strada principale di Old Alexandria a due blocchi dalle 2 linee metro Blue e Yellow che in 30 minuti portano a downtown Washington DC. servizi da rivedere (colazione scarna e ristorante-bar chiuso) e disastroso il rassetto camere (3 giorni non sono passati a pulire e quando sono passati non hanno lasciato asciugamani) inoltrate proteste alla Reception che però non ha risolto il problema”

“There are some outdated elements of this property but we would definitely stay again. The staff is friendly, helpful, and responsive. We needed clean towels and they were delivered within 10 minutes. Vondella, a manager on duty, was incredible. She went out of her way to help us navigate transportation and local events. ”

“Parking is at a premium. They have a garage under the building, but they neglect to mention that they charge $40 per night to park. We picked this place so we could use the Metro because the station is close by and were not planning to use the car. They should at least posted the extra parking cost ”

“There was only one working eleavator to the room floors. My check-in was not the best. My first room was not what I reserved, then the second room the door wouldn't open due to a dead battery and the front desk clerk expected me to wait while they got someone to fix the issue (not acceptable at all). I let her know that was not acceptable and though she wasn't forthcoming about getting me another room, I let her know I would not accept waiting and I wanted another room. Finally the third room...
